Privacy Notice (KVKK)
In accordance with Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), we inform you about how your personal data is processed.
This is an English courtesy translation. The Turkish text prevails in case of any discrepancy.
1. Data controller
Your personal data is processed by ONHOUS (Ünalan Mah. Atatürk Bulv. No:132/A, Uşak, Türkiye; info@onhous.com) as the data controller.
2. Personal data processed
The name, e-mail, phone, request type, product of interest and message you share in contact, quote, support and dealer forms, and, if you add it to a quote request, the needs list you create with the "Plan Your System" tool.
Technical records such as IP address, browser type and request details may also be kept on the hosting infrastructure for the security and operation of the site.
3. Purposes
Responding to your requests, preparing and presenting quotes, planning surveys and appointments, handling support requests, evaluating dealer and partner applications, ensuring the security of the site and communication infrastructure, and fulfilling legal obligations.
4. Legal grounds
Your data is processed under KVKK Art. 5/2-c (necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract), Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interests of the controller), Art. 5/2-ç (compliance with a legal obligation) and, where required, your explicit consent.
5. Transfers
Your data may be transferred to the providers of our e-mail and hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare, Inc. and Google LLC), to authorised public authorities where legally required, and to our legal, financial and technical advisers when necessary.
Providers’ servers may be located abroad; transfers abroad are made in line with KVKK Art. 9. Your data is not sold or transferred to third parties for marketing.
6. Collection method
Electronically, through the forms on our website, e-mail and WhatsApp.
7. Retention
Your data is kept for as long as the purpose requires and for the retention and limitation periods in the relevant legislation, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
8. Your rights under KVKK Art. 11
You have the right to learn whether your data is processed; request information about it; learn its purpose and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties it is transferred to in Türkiye or abroad; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction under Art. 7; request notification of these actions to third parties; object to an adverse result arising from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
9. Applications
Send your requests in writing to info@onhous.com or the address above. Applications are concluded within 30 days at most. Your right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority is reserved.
