We summarise what you should know before buying, our quote process and your rights.

Quote process
After your request, a survey is carried out if needed and a written quote tailored to your needs is prepared. Prices are not shown on the site.
Content of the quote
The written quote states the products and services, quantities, installation scope, delivery and commissioning process, warranty terms, payment plan and the validity period of the quote.
Formation of the contract
A contract is formed between the parties when the written quote is accepted and the contract is signed. Promotional information on the site does not by itself form a contract.
Warranty and after-sales
Warranty scope and duration, and maintenance and support services, are stated in writing in the quote and contract.
Consumer rights
Your rights under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and related legislation are reserved. For consumer transactions you may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts.
Distance selling
No online orders or payments are taken through our site. If online sales begin, the pre-information form and distance sales contract required by the Distance Contracts Regulation will be published separately.
Commercial electronic messages
We do not send commercial electronic messages without your explicit consent.
