At ONHOUS we respect your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, why, and how we protect it.
This is an English courtesy translation. The Turkish text prevails in case of any discrepancy.
Information we collect
Only what you share in forms (name, e-mail, phone, message, product of interest) and technical records needed for site security. We do not use tracking, advertising or analytics tools on our site.
How we use it
To respond to your requests, prepare quotes, provide support and evaluate applications. We do not send marketing messages without your explicit consent.
Sharing
Your information is not sold. It is shared only with providers of e-mail and hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare, Google) and, where legally required, with authorities. Details are in the Privacy Notice (KVKK).
Security
Our site is served over HTTPS. Form data is sent to our e-mail infrastructure over encrypted connections and access is limited to authorised people. No internet transmission is 100% secure, but we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures.
Privacy in our products
ONHOUS systems are designed to run locally: automations run on the gateway at home, and camera and home data stay at home by default. Camera access is optional, no default passwords are used and remote support is managed with permission settings.
Children
Our site is not directed at people under 18.
External links
Our site may link to external services such as WhatsApp and maps. Their providers are responsible for their own privacy practices.
